Return Policy

Self Defense Superstore return policy for all of our products is  very simple. If an item arrives that is not what you anticipated, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping fees.  The item must be returned within 30 days in the state it was received and in its original, unopened packaging. You can tell us why the product didn't work for you so we can implement corrective action if needed.

**NOTE: TASER®Device Products cannot be returned if TASER® device packaging has been opened.
     No Refunds or Returns on TASER® International, Inc Background check/Activation.

2. Call (800) 475-8918 to receive a Return Authorization Number for the return. This will insure prompt credit to your account.
We are unable to accept C.O.D. returns.
All returns must be freight prepaid.
